  • Assistance with a business review of an airline in Africa with particular emphasis on asset values of B737, DHC7, C208, Shorts 360. In addition advice relating to airline operations and standard industry practice;
  • Valuation of aircraft and spares and advice on business restructuring and sale for an African Government on the collapse of a national airline. Valuation of bilateral air service agreements;
  • Valuation of an engines and spare parts package (DC10) and assistance with a marketing strategy to sell the entire stock;
Aircraft Spares
  • Advice relating to the sale of B737 aircraft and aircraft spares (B737, B757, DC10, ATR42) as part of the liquidation of an international airline in Africa;
  • Arranging the sales of spare parts for a variety of aircraft types;
  • Valuation of spares packages;
  • Inventorying spares prior to sale;
Support to the Legal Profession
  • Assistance in a dispute regarding an aircraft maintenance contract. Research to support claim;
  • Advice on litigation relating to an aircraft lease;
  • Expert witness report relating to a diminution of value claim following damage to a large corporate jet;
  • Assistance with a claim against the assets of an individual including the valuation of a collection of vintage aircraft;
  • Valuation of aircraft for probate;
Other Projects
  • Assistance with the repossession of two DHC Dash 7 aircraft in Egypt, their subsequent refurbishment and sale on behalf of a Lessor;
  • Assistance with the negotiation of a contract to install a VIP interior and other specialist equipment in a Head of State aircraft. Participation as part of a project management team overseeing the work;
  • Marketing advice to a bank wishing to improve its penetration into the airline market;
  • Advice to a bank considering repossession of an aircraft and related issues;
  • Advice to a manufacturer on corporate conversions for its aircraft and the likely market. Helping establish a dealer network in Europe and Africa;
  • Advice to an aircraft modification and maintenance company relating to the marketing of their services to operators;
  • Review of aircraft operating costs in the Middle East for incorporation in a business plan for a potential corporate jet charter operation;
  • Research into missile defence systems for commercial aircraft;
  • Fleet review for a VIP aircraft operator and research into different aircraft types ( Boeing BBJ, Airbus ACJ, Gulfstream G550, Global Express) for a fleet replacement programme;
